Rubber Processing Machine Operators
What is done in this job?
- Setting up, tending and operating rubber mixing, caring, moulding, calendering, and extruding machines.
- Adjusting machines to different settings, and adjusting rubber, oil, pigments and other chemicals added to it.
- Monitoring processes of the product.
- Assisting/training other workers.
*Secondary school completion may be required for parts of this career.
